Just minutes from Pleasant Bay, Nauset Beach, and Long Pond, and conveniently close to shopping and the highway, this Acorn Deck Home features skylights, vaulted ceilings, and glass doors that open to a deck with beautiful water views.
Main Level
Guests enter the main level into a living area with a kitchen and dining space, which doubles up as a conservatory, illuminating the interiors with dappled daylight and a lovely sunroom.

Upper Level
The floor above hosts one master bedroom with a bathroom and a reading room with a bright loft with two twin sofa beds. Both feature floor-to-ceiling bay windows and skylights, letting in diffused daylight. A travel crib is available on request
Downstairs Level
Bedrooms are set up to make it easy for 2 families to travel together. Downstairs, host one adult full-size trundle bed and the other bedroom with a queen bed with a twin trundle.
Lower Level
The Lowermost level - basement with a walk-out with pond views has a lots of board games and smart TV. If you are looking for an enjoyable game to relax after a beach day or rainy day, Cape Cod Villa has a bumper pool (like a smaller version of pocket billiards) with 8 pool balls, 2 cues, and 12 bumpers. Its goal is to sink the pool balls that you get into your pocket before the opponent does. In this area, there's also washer and dryer.
